Normal Hours Pick Up - Hobart Airport

1. After collecting your luggage, please do the following:
   1. Please click on the “Ready to Collect” button on the email we’ve sent you OR
   2. Phone our office toll free on 1800 273 922 (or +613 6248 4958) and advise you are ready for an Apex shuttle pick-up.
2. From the Baggage Claim area, exit the terminal via the main doors.
3. Turn left and proceed to the pedestrian crossing.
4. Cross the pedestrian crossing to your right and go past the Crate Café.
5. Walk across the first pedestrian crossing and turn right.
6. Wait under the shelter for the Apex shuttle van.
